A Day in the Life Mini Album

Hi! It’s Mary Ann here today to share my mini album/journal I made with the May Project kit  and the  add on kit. The project kit comes with a really fun blank book that I decided to turn into our Summer Journal.  Here is the front cover, with a bit of white paint to really make the cute chevron pattern stand out…

I’ve split the journal into 3 separate sections, one for each month of our Summer. Here’s June

This is for July

and this is for the month of August

Now for the fun part!  With the pages in between, I’ve added a few things here and there to decorate some of the pages so all I have to do is add some journaling and a photo or two to each page as our Summer days come and go.  Here is some of those fun additions. First up my favorite page with a confetti pocket!

I can’t wait to start using our Summer journal!  You could also make mini album for a specific trip, or event.  Oh, and yes it comes with rings to put it all together, but I’m waiting until I have all the pages filled to add those. Also here’s a helpful hint…if you decide to do the 3 months like I did, remember you can use an upside down “n” for the letter “u” since you will need quite a few “u’s” to spell out June, July & August
