That’s me! I’m Sarah Hill and I am so glad you are interested in The Paper Bakery Kit Club. You can see more information about The Club on the About Us tab of the site. When are kits available for purchase?
The Paper Bakery will reveal kits on the 15th of each month.
Does The Paper Bakery offer monthly subscriptions?
OF COURSE! You may be able to purchase the kits month to month, but will receive a discount (5-15%) when purchased as a subscription. The Paper Bakery offers 3, 6, or 12 month subscriptions. The project kits and the add-on kits can be purchased as a subscription.
How much do the kits cost?

Kits will be ready to ship on the 10th of each month when billing occurs. Your kit will ship out within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt of payment. If your kit(s) are purchased any other time of the month they will ship out within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt of payment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be a FLAT RATE of $6.95 (Domestic Kits Only). Most kits are more than that to ship, but who likes to pay shipping costs?! That means anything you purchase at The Paper Bakery will ship FREE with your monthly kit.
International Kits will ship at actual cost. You can email The Paper Bakery at info@paperbakerykits.com to get a quote.
What form of payment do you prefer?
Preferred method of payment is Paypal. Your first kit will be billed immediately upon purchase (as long as kit is still available). If you are on subscription, you will be billed on the 10th of each month until your subscription expires. Your bill will be automatically charged through Paypal so there is no need to worry about paying a monthly invoice!
Do you substitute any product?
The Paper Bakery reserves the right to make substitutions on each kit should it be out of our control that product is not available for purchase. The substitute will be of equal value (and equal awesome-ness) of original item.
Can I skip a month if I need to?
When you subscribe to The Paper Bakery kit club for 6 months you are allowed 1 skip month. When you subscribe to The Paper Bakery kit club for 12 months, you are allowed 2 skip months. If you need to skip a month you MUST email The Paper Bakery at info@paperbakerykits.com (please use SKIP MONTH in subject line) by the 3rd of the month.
How do I renew my subscription?
The Paper Bakery kit club will notify you when your subscription is nearing expiration. We encourage you to subscribe again at that point.
What if something in my kit is damaged?
Oh No! I hate to hear that! However, if there is something in your kit that is damaged, please email The Paper Bakery at info@paperbakerykits.com as soon as possible and we can get this resolved for you. Please put DAMAGED ITEM as your subject line.
What if something in my kit is missing?
Oh No! I hate to hear this, too! I do make sure everyone’s kit is packed with care, but items may get missed from time to time. If there is something in your kit that is missing, please email The Paper Bakery at info@paperbakerykits.com as soon as possible and we can get this resolved for you. Please put MISSING ITEM as your subject line.
Do you have a referral program?
We sure do! When you refer someone to The Paper Bakery kit club you will receive a free add-on kit. Your friend will also receive a free add-on kit. The 2 add-on kits will be mailed to both parties at the end of your friend’s subscription obligation.
Do you offer any special kits?
The Paper Bakery kit club DOES offer special project and add-on kits from time to time. Make sure to sign up for our Newsletter to receive all of The Paper Bakery News!!
Can I return a kit?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product kits are not returnable. However, if your kit is damaged and The Paper Bakery was at fault, please email The Paper Bakery at info@paperbakerykits.com (please use KIT RETURN as subject line) and we will get the issue resolved for you.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
We certainly understand that various circumstances may arise which make it necessary to discontinue your membership. I’d like to make allowances for unexpected situations. However, because our kits are often ordered several months in advance, when a member ends a subscription early we must charge a $20 cancellation fee to help offset the cost of kit supplies. Please email The Paper Bakery at info@paperbakerykits.com.
